Why I am sharing this?

I’ve made pierogi more times than I can count. For holidays, weekends, and ordinary days when nothing else sounded right. Over the years, I’ve learned that pierogi dough doesn’t need to be complicated. It just needs the right approach. It also requires a little patience.

I’m sharing this printable because I know how frustrating it can be when dough doesn’t cooperate. Too stiff, too sticky, tearing when you roll it, opening during boiling. I’ve been there. More than once.

This dough is the one I always come back to. It’s reliable, forgiving, and easy to work with, even if you don’t make pierogi often. I wanted to put the most important tips in one simple place, something you can keep nearby and actually use while you cook.

I believe good recipes should feel accessible, not intimidating. You shouldn’t need special tools, perfect conditions, or years of experience to make food that feels like home.

If this printable helps your pierogi turn out better, even once, then it’s worth sharing. That’s it. No strings. Just something useful from my kitchen to yours.

Happy Cooking! Love, Kat

If you try this dough, I’d love to hear how it turned out.
