- 10 oz 250 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- Half a cup plain yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
- 5 oz uncooked pasta
- Optional: extra fresh strawberries and mint for garnish
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
While the pasta cooks, remove the stems from the strawberries.
Blend the strawberries with yogurt or sour cream and honey or powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Drain the pasta.
Pour the strawberry mixture over the warm pasta and gently stir.
Add extra sliced strawberries or mint if you’re feeling fancy.
If you want more protein, you can swap the yogurt for Greek yogurt or even blend the strawberries with cottage cheese for a thicker, creamier texture. It becomes more filling but still keeps that fresh summer flavor.
